Overview
Jon Andersh is a real estate attorney focusing his practice on commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate assets including retail shopping centers, industrial facilities and affordable housing properties. His experience includes assisting in the representation of sellers and purchasers in the sale and acquisition of retail, multifamily and industrial properties; assisting in representing and advising landlords and tenants with respect to lease agreements for retail and industrial properties; preparing for and coordinating escrow closings; drafting and analyzing condominium documents on behalf of commercial and residential developers and associations; and analyzing local and state zoning regulations, preparing land use applications and attending local government meetings in connection with the representation of commercial and residential developers.
