Representative Matters
- Successfully negotiated and closed dozens of floating rate bridge loans ranging in size from $10 million to $100 million secured by a broad range of property types located throughout the US, including office, multifamily, industrial, hospitality and retail.
- Represented Fortune 100 healthcare company in Clayton, Missouri, in connection with the development of a $750 million office campus expansion, involving land acquisitions, rezoning and construction financing.
- Represented lender in $82 million credit facility for the renovation of St. Louis Union Station.
- Represented borrower with respect to a $43 million loan refinance for a shopping center in Chicago.
