Overview
Gayle Aiken is a senior paralegal in the Corporate Department and has more than 20 years of legal experience.
- Concentrates practice in various areas of corporate law, including formation of profit and non-profit corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and the preparation and filing of qualifications, amendments, mergers and acquisitions, conversions, dissolutions, business and automotive industry licenses, and tax registrations
- Extensive experience in transactional work; obtaining and analyzing due diligence; leases and contracts; and conducting UCC, litigation, tax, and real estate searches
- Assists in the preparation and filing of securities filings, including Form D, Blue Sky and EDGAR filings
- Maintains the corporate records of public and private companies, including the drafting of resolutions, agreements, bylaws, certificates, affidavits, notes and stock records
