Overview
Elias is real estate attorney who focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of real estate assets. He represents developers and operators in the retail, office, multi-family, manufactured housing and hospitality sectors, and has extensive experienced in the structuring of complex commercial real estate financing transactions, including CMBS loans with multiple layers of debt, and short term bridge loans secured by transitional assets. Elias also counsels clients in connection with the acquisition and disposition of triple net lease properties, retail shopping centers, office properties, boutique and flagged hotels, manufactured housing communities and apartment complexes.
