E. Todd Sable

Todd Sable is a nationally recognized advisor to automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, manufacturers, private equity investors, lenders, and mobility companies on complex supply chain, transactional, bankruptcy, restructuring, and distressed-investment matters. A partner in Honigman’s Corporate Department and a senior leader in the firm’s Mobility Practice, he helps clients navigate critical supplier relationships, execute strategic transactions, manage enterprise risk, and protect business continuity in rapidly evolving and financially challenging environments.

Drawing on deep experience across mobility, advanced manufacturing, and commercial contracting, Todd regularly negotiates business-critical supply agreements, connected and autonomous vehicle contracts, electric vehicle infrastructure arrangements, and supply chain risk management initiatives for OEMs, global suppliers, and emerging mobility companies.

He is particularly known for guiding clients through the operational and legal challenges that arise when suppliers, customers, or counterparties encounter financial or operational distress—understanding the business problem first and then crafting solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term objectives. He represents all key constituencies nationwide in bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters, and advises strategic and financial buyers and sellers on distressed acquisitions and divestitures, bringing a combined transactional and restructuring perspective to deals where execution risk is critical.
