Honigman Advises FormativGroup, a Portfolio Company of Rockbridge Growth Equity Management, in Acquisition of Saige Consulting

Honigman recently advised FormativGroup, a portfolio company of Rockbridge Growth Equity, on its acquisition of Saige Consulting, an AI and technology consulting firm.

FormativGroup is a technology consulting and services platform. Saige Consulting provides technology strategies, software development, and AI implementation services and works with organizations to modernize operational systems and workflows through emerging technology solutions. The combination brings together business applications, workflow development, data architecture, and AI embedment into business operations.

A team led by Corporate Partners Steve Migliore, Brian Towne, and Spencer Layson, with support from Associates Jacob Stropes and Jonathan Winkle advised on the transaction.
