O2 Investment Partners Forms Physical Therapy, Fitness, and Wellness Platform with Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness and True Sports Physical Therapy

Honigman recently represented O2 Investment Partners in connection with the formation of a new physical therapy, fitness, and wellness platform with Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness and True Sports Physical Therapy.

Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness and True Sports Physical Therapy provide physical therapy, fitness, performance training, and wellness services. The newly formed platform has more than 40 locations across California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan J. Leibhan and Michael J. Rhoad as well as Associates Michael Kiel, CFA, and Kimberly Brewer, with support from Clara Seymour, Lauren Legner, and Kylie Densmore-Slinkman (Finance), along with S.
