Honigman recently advised private equity firm, TRP Capital Partners, on its partnership with Velocity Restorations, a leader in re‑engineered classic vehicles.
The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
The Honigman corporate deal team of Alexander S. Whang, George S. Stowe, Alexis S. Barnes, and Lillian Huff along with the finance deal team of Michelle Bleda Drew, Chase O. Yarber, and Kimberly Y. Brewer advised TRP Capital Partners.
