Honigman recently represented Thayer Street Partners, a private investment firm that provides flexible growth capital to technology-enabled financial, real estate, and business services companies, as it made a significant growth investment in Union Bay Risk Advisors, an independent property and casualty insurance brokerage platform.

With Thayer Street’s investment, Union Bay will continue building a leading insurance brokerage platform, expedite its M&A initiatives, strengthen its operational infrastructure, expand its reach across markets, and enhance its customer service offerings.
