Honigman Represents Rockbridge Growth Equity Management as it Makes Strategic Investment in Miles Mediation & Arbitration

Honigman recently advised Rockbridge Growth Equity Management, a partnership-oriented middle market private equity firm, as it made a strategic investment in Miles Mediation & Arbitration, a fast-growing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.  

The partnership will support Miles’ trajectory of national expansion and equip it with the support it needs to provide an even better experience for its stakeholders. 

The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

Place, along with the finance deal team led by Partner Michelle Bleda Drew, with support from Associates Chase O. Yarber and Kylie M. Densmore-Slinkman advised Rockbridge Growth Equity Management on the matter.
