Jonathan Block re-joins Honigman’s Real Estate Department

Honigman LLP is pleased to announce Jonathan Block has re-joined as a Partner in its Real Estate Department. He will be located in the Honigman Bloomfield Hills office. Block focuses his practice on representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings; construction and development; joint ventures; leasing for both landlords and tenants; and loan originations with lenders, servicers, and special servicers. His clients include shopping centers, industrial, and office building owners, investors, and operators, including publicly traded real estate investment trusts, as well as a number of privately owned real estate firms in the U.S.

Block re-joins Honigman after 23 years of practice with the firm. He earned his J.D. from Wayne State Law School, and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
