Shannon Duggan is a litigator who represents international manufacturers, health care systems, private equity firms, and numerous local businesses in complex commercial disputes. She practices at both the trial and appellate level in matters ranging from securities litigation to data breach class action defense to trade secret misappropriation.
Shannon also has a robust pro bono practice. She represents nonprofit organizations in significant child welfare cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court. She also represents criminal defendants in complex appeals involving constitutional law.
