Jonathan Ajlouny is a litigation attorney who focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has hands-on litigation experience in commercial and shareholder disputes, with knowledge in health care, data privacy, marijuana law, securities, and class actions.
He regularly manages all aspects of litigation including case strategy, oral argument, brief writing, legal research, and negotiations. Jonathan has extensive experience in the Oakland County Business Court and the Eastern District of Michigan.
