Overview
Will is a partner in Honigman’s Chicago office where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has tried a wide array of cases in state and federal courts across the United States and has substantial experience in international and domestic arbitration. Will’s clients include manufacturers, professional services firms, energy companies and private equity firms.
Will has served as first chair in high stakes trials and is called upon by clients across numerous industries to manage a variety of claims, including breach of contract, trade secret, trademark, false advertising and fraud claims.
Will is one of the founding partners of Honigman's Chicago office and is the Chicago office general counsel.
