Overview
Sara Jodoin is a corporate and regulatory attorney who focuses her practice on advising executives, in-house legal teams, and company boards on all aspects of their business. Sara works with both private and public companies at all stages of growth, providing counseling on day-to-day business operations as well as corporate formation, governance, capitalization, transactions, and restructuring.
Prior to joining the firm, Sara was the director of an international in-house corporate legal department, where she advised on both public and private regulatory and governance issues, global employment matters, litigation, real estate, intellectual property, and entity-management.
