Overview

Rita Feikema is a commercial real estate attorney representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in a range of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions; office, ground, retail and industrial leases; development; and real estate finance transactions. In addition, Ms. Feikema has cross-disciplinary experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt finance, statutory risk and compliance, and cross-border transactions. She counsels publicly held and private companies on all aspects of their transactional real estate matters.
