Overview
Matt Moussiaux is a partner and member of the firm’s corporate and private equity groups. He represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies and serves as lead counsel in their acquisitions, minority and joint venture investments, recapitalizations and sale transactions. During his career, Matt has advised on and closed more than 400 transactions in a variety of industries with transaction sizes ranging from a few million dollars to over $1 billion in deal value. In addition, he provides advice on a wide variety of matters to a number of privately held companies, including the portfolio companies of his private equity, family office and sponsor clients.
