She has extensive experience in a wide range of industries and supports her clients in all matters relating to workforce planning, outsourcing, diversity and inclusion programs, workplace policies and training materials, including large-scale workforce audits, corporate compliance, as well as investigations, including with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Mary Kathryn has also served as in-house legal counsel to clients in both technology and healthcare settings.
Mary Kathryn provides clients with advice and counsel with respect to discrimination and harassment claims, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and restrictive covenant issues, including employment-related litigation in these areas. She has also advised clients on reductions in force and related compliance considerations.
