Overview
Marjorie Mygrants focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, and restructurings. Marjorie represents private equity firms, strategic investors, portfolio companies, family offices, and public and private companies in complex domestic and cross-border transactions. She advises clients on strategic acquisitions, internal reorganizations, and other significant corporate matters, and provides counsel on corporate governance and operational issues. Marjorie manages transactions from term sheet through closing, drafting and negotiating key transactional and equity documents and guiding clients through all phases of the deal process.
