Jonathan Ajlouny is a litigation attorney who focuses on complex commercial litigation and shareholder disputes, focusing on automotive, real estate, construction, and cannabis industries.
- Represents companies, majority and minority shareholders in state and federal courts in shareholder oppression, fiduciary duty, and derivative litigation
- Represents commercial landlords in a wide range of real estate proceedings, including evictions, lawsuits for damages, and judicial sales
- Represents automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers in supply chain and contract disputes
- Regularly manages all aspects of litigation including case strategy, oral argument, brief writing, negotiations, and trials. Jonathan has extensive experience in Michigan’s Business Courts and the Eastern District of Michigan.

- Obtained complete dismissal of a $5 million lawsuit following a three week bench trial brought by a minority shareholder in a complex real estate dispute
- Obtained an extremely favorable jury verdict for a general contractor, resulting in complete dismissal of all claims against it and a six figure verdict on its counterclaims
- Served as lead counsel in several multi-million dollar commercial disputes
