Overview
David E. McCoy Jr. is a corporate attorney and a member of the firm’s Private Equity practice group. David advises private equity sponsors on a wide range of transactions, including mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, financings, growth equity investments, and other corporate matters. In addition to advising private equity sponsors, David also represents portfolio companies and other private companies across an array of industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, professional services, and education.
