Overview
D’Antae Gooden is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment department. He focuses his practice on advising businesses to create legally compliant and practical policies, procedures and contracts to support employers’ specific business goals. He also works with businesses to negotiate agreements related to compensation, transition and severance. He has experience in buy- and sell-side transactions on worker-related diligence.
D’Antae also defends charges brought against employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state civil rights departments and represents employers in various stages of state and federal litigation, including responding to complaints, drafting discovery requests and responses and crafting dispositive motions.
