Colleen Clarkson is an attorney with over 10 years of experience helping clients navigate complex issues and mitigate legal risks in highly regulated industries. Prior to joining Honigman, she served as in-house counsel for one of the largest non-governmental purchasers of healthcare in the United States. During her time as in-house counsel, she served as Compliance Officer for the organization, gaining extensive contract negotiation experience with a wide variety of business vendors and third parties such as carriers and pharmacy benefit managers.
