Christopher Weber

Chris Weber is Of Counsel in the firm’s Corporate department with a focus on the Public Company practice group. He brings practical, business-oriented perspective developed through years of in-house experience to help clients navigate complex securities and governance challenges strategically and efficiently. He has significant experience advising C-suite executives and members of the Board of Directors at a large, globally-recognized company, including regular participation in Board Committee meetings. Chris serves as a collaborative partner who helps to develop and implement practical solutions to challenging legal issues while mitigating risk. 

Chris has extensive experience drafting and reviewing periodic reports, proxy statements, event-driven SEC reports, investor materials and a broad range of company policies.
