Overview

Andrew Clark is an experienced litigator focused on resolving complex commercial disputes. Andrew has handled all phases of litigation, from pre-filing negotiation through appeal. He strives to find practical and efficient business solutions for his clients, whether that means taking a case through judgment or leveraging thorough preparation to drive a negotiated resolution. He prides himself on identifying fresh and creative arguments that are often overlooked, but can tip the balance of a case.

Andrew’s practice spans a diverse range of industries, and has a particular emphasis on disputes involving complicated business structures, financial services, automotive supply chain issues and land use restrictions. Andrew has appeared in state and Federal courts throughout the country, and has deep experience briefing complex motions, managing large-scale e-discovery projects and marshalling complicated factual records into winning legal arguments.

Outside of his practice, Andrew enjoys supporting his community in whatever ways possible, from serving on the board of the Notre Dame Club of Detroit, to mentoring younger lawyers and volunteering with the Georgetown Law admissions department.
