Chicago Office Growth Continues with Addition of Two Partners

Honigman LLP is pleased to welcome partners Donald Horvath and Kelli Mulder to the firm’s Chicago office.

Horvath joins the Real Estate department and brings experience advising real estate owners, developers and lenders on real estate development and construction projects, including real property acquisition, dispositions, leasing transactions, commercial mortgage and construction loan transactions, and sale leaseback transactions. He previously worked at Jenner & Block, and he earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.

Mulder joins the Litigation department, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including class and collective action lawsuits, mass tort and product liability litigation. She previously worked at Kirkland & Ellis, and she earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Horvath and Mulder are the first attorneys to join Honigman’s Chicago office in 2020. Since the start of 2019, 15 attorneys have joined the Chicago offices in the corporate, real estate, intellectual property, and litigation practice areas.
