Press Release

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce that Ann T. Hollenbeck, a partner in the firm’s Health Care department, was recently named to the board of the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra (A²SO). Hollenbeck, an active member of the Ann Arbor, Michigan community, was elected to serve a three-year term.

Mary Steffek Blaske, Executive Director of A²SO, is delighted with Hollenbeck’s appointment.  “Ann (Hollenbeck) brings so much experience and energy to the symphony,” said Steffek Blaske.  “She is a highly intelligent individual and a joy to work with.  Ann often brings her children to family programs and is very much engaged in the activities of the symphony, including our Hearts for the Arts.  I look forward to continuing to work with Ann.”

Ann Hollenbeck counsels hospitals on compliance issues arising with non-fair market value transactions, fraud/abuse, research and physician matters. She represents physicians and physician groups in transactions, such as purchases of group practice interests, structuring buy-outs, creating ancillary services arrangements, negotiating joint ventures and hospital relationships.  Hollenbeck received a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Butler University.  A published author, Hollenbeck has received numerous recognitions, including being named one of 14 “Outstanding Young Healthcare Lawyers” by Nightingale’s Healthcare News.
