Honigman Represents Catalio Capital Management as Lead Investor in Enveda’s $311 Million Series E Financing

Honigman recently represented Catalio Capital Management, a health care focused investment firm, as the lead investor in Enveda’s $311 million Series E financing.

The financing included participation from new and existing investors. In connection with the transaction, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Catalio Capital Management, George Petrocheilos, joined Enveda’s board of directors.

The Honigman team was led by Corporate Partners Phillip D. Torrence and Rachel Rhodes with support from Associate Aaron Katz.
