Honigman Represents 3i, LP in $20 Million Senior Secured Financing for Cerenome, Inc.

Honigman recently represented 3i, LP in connection with a senior secured financing facility of up to $20 million with royalty-based repayments provided to Cerenome, Inc.

Cerenome is an oncology company advancing an integrated platform of precision diagnostics, targeted therapeutics, and artificial intelligence. Under the financing agreement, Cerenome received initial funding at closing, with additional funding available upon the achievement of certain milestones.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Michael J. Rosenberg and N. Danny Shulman, with support from Associates Daniel Altshuller and Shane Werner along with a Finance team of Partners Clara Seymour and Aviv Avnon, with support from Associate Lauren Legner.
