Honigman Advises Huron Capital’s the Exigent Group in Acquisition of Superior Building Services

Honigman recently advised The Exigent Group, a portfolio company of Huron Capital, in its acquisition of Superior Building Services, a Columbus, Ohio-based mechanical contractor specializing in boiler, chiller, and HVAC service and retrofit solutions.

Superior is Exigent’s eighth acquisition since Huron’s initial platform investment in 2022 and strengthens the company’s presence in the greater Columbus region.

A Honigman deal team led by Partners Eric M. Jones and Jeremy Scherlinck, along with Associates George Cobane and Kimberly Brewer advised Exigent on the transaction.
