Honigman Advises FormativGroup, a Portfolio Company of Rockbridge Growth Equity Management, in Acquisition of Flok

Honigman recently advised FormativGroup, a portfolio company of Rockbridge Growth Equity, on its acquisition of Flok, a Salesforce consulting firm with more than a decade of expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and regulated industry implementations.

With this acquisition, FormativGroup continues to expand its Application Solutions offerings and deepen its advanced Salesforce capabilities.

The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
