Honigman Represents FormativGroup, a Portfolio Company of Rockbridge Growth Equity Management, in Acquisition of Eon Collective

Honigman recently represented FormativGroup, a portfolio company of private equity firm Rockbridge Growth Equity Management and technology consultancy and engineering services provider that helps mid-market businesses modernize their operations, as it acquired Eon Collective, a specialist in data integration, modernization, and governance services.

The new union will strengthen FormativGroup’s mission to help mid-market organizations unlock the full power of their data across their technology and business. With the acquisition, FormativGroup will introduce new platform capabilities, expanded data modernization services, and industry-specific solutions tailored to mid-market sectors.
