Honigman Represents Earned in Acquisition of OJM Group

Honigman recently advised Earned, a financial services firm built specifically for healthcare professionals, their families, and their practices, in its acquisition of OJM Group, a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), financial planning, and insurance brokerage firm serving physicians and high-net-worth individuals across the U.S.

By joining forces with OJM, Earned now serves nearly 19,500 clients and manages a collective $3.4 billion in AUM. Together, the companies will deliver an even more advanced, unified experience for their clients, along with expanded offerings when it comes to accounting, financial, and legal services. The transaction marks another step in Earned’s national expansion strategy to ultimately be the most comprehensive, fully integrated, technology-driven financial services firm for healthcare professionals, their families, and their practices.
