Honigman Advises Sciens Building Solutions on Eighth California Acquisition

Honigman advised Sciens Building Solutions, a fire and life safety company, in its acquisition of Apple Valley Communications, provider of communication services to school districts and numerous Federal Government agencies across California, Arizona, and Nevada.

This marks the eighth acquisition Sciens has made in the state of California and furthers the company’s growing national footprint.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Eric M. Jones and David J. Krueger, with support from Associate Michael J. Kiel, CFA.
