Honigman Adds to Chicago Private Equity Practice

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Nathan M. Wilda as a partner to the firm’s growing Chicago office. As a member of the Private Equity practice group, Wilda focuses his practice on representing private equity funds and their portfolio of companies, investors and middle-market companies.

Wilda brings a wide spectrum of corporate experience to his private equity practice, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, divestitures, investments, executive compensation and incentive equity arrangements.

Wilda earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where he served as an editor for The John Marshall Law Review. He received his B.A. in communications from the University of Iowa.
