Honigman represents Pebblebrook Hotel Trust in the sale of two hotels
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP represented Pebblebrook Hotel Trust in the sale of two hotels on June 1, the Viceroy Miami Hotel in Florida and the Redbury Hotel in Los Angeles, California, for a total value of $105.4 million. The Viceroy Miami Hotel, sold for $64.5 million, is a 148-room luxury, full-service hotel near the American Airlines Arena, home of the Miami Heat. The hotel includes an infinity pool on Biscayne Bay, a 28,000 square-foot spa and fitness center, a restaurant, and a 50th floor lounge.
The Redbury Hotel, sold for $40.9 million, is located at Hollywood and Vine in Los Angeles. It is a 57-room, all-suite, luxury, full-service hotel with a restaurant and indoor-outdoor lounge.
