Honigman’s Appellate Advocacy practice is a critical component of our top-ranked Litigation department. Our team includes attorneys who have been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America as appellate practitioners of national distinction and who have been welcomed into the Michigan Supreme Court’s Advocates Guild. It features attorneys who have argued cases before a wide array of appellate tribunals, including the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
