As a seasoned commercial litigator, he delivers solutions-driven counsel that keeps clients focused on their commercial goals throughout complex litigation.

As a former General Counsel for a high-growth technology company, Seth brings an insider's understanding of the pressures executives face when legal and business crises collide. He advises clients on partnership and business disputes, complex multi-jurisdictional battles, unfair competition, employment matters, fiduciary duty claims, restrictive covenants, and more, always aligning legal strategy with business objectives.

Seth has built a career handling class action defense, complex commercial litigation, and trial work across state and federal courts and arbitration forums. He is known for securing early injunctive relief that protects client interests at critical moments. Before joining Honigman, he served as co-chairman of the Litigation Department and Chicago managing partner at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP.
