Overview
Ryan Stults is an attorney in the firm’s Labor and Employment Department. He represents clients in complex, high-stakes matters and has experience across all phases of litigation, including serving as first chair in a jury trial prior to joining the firm. Ryan assists clients with a broad range of employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour matters, federal and state statutory claims, and trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation.
In addition to dispute resolution, Ryan assists in counseling clients on sensitive employment issues, conducting internal investigations, and supporting legal compliance.
Before entering the practice of law, Ryan served in a civilian position with a Metro-Detroit police department, supporting its patrol, investigative, and administrative operations. This background gives him practical, grounded perspective and informs his ability to guide clients through sensitive and high-risk matters with sound judgment and strategic focus.
