Overview
Reebehl El-Hage is an associate in our Intellectual Property Department. He focuses on a wide range of matters including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade dress matters. He has worked on matters in numerous venues, including federal district courts, the ITC, and the PTAB. His litigation experience extends to complex patent matters, high-stakes trademark litigations, and copyright disputes. He has experience handling all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation and strategy, written discovery and depositions, and trial preparation and advocacy.
Beyond his legal practice, Reebehl has experience handling pro bono cases in the District of Columbia and devotes significant time to ensuring that underserved individuals have access to legal representation.
Prior to his legal career, Reebehl worked as an engineer at a claims management company, where he gained valuable experience in database management, engineering, and development. This hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective when advising clients on intellectual property matters.
