Overview
Paul Fabien is a partner who focuses his practice on antitrust and trade regulation, complex commercial litigation, and e-discovery. Much of his antitrust work is centered around health care antitrust on behalf of hospitals, physician groups and payors.
Paul has extensive experience working with clients on antitrust cases, particularly in the areas of data analysis, IT and all facets of discovery. He routinely advises clients in connection with complex discovery matters, and works with outside e-discovery and document review vendors to develop and streamline cost-effective strategies for the review of documents and the protection of legal privileges.
Prior to rejoining the firm in 2009, Paul worked as an in-house attorney at Ford Motor Company, where he advised internal clients on regulatory, class action, and discovery issues.
