Overview
Mike Kraft focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in high-stakes products liability, breach of contract, private equity and shareholder disputes, corporate restructuring, fraud, trade secrets, and data privacy matters.
He has also counseled companies and individuals across a broad range of industries, including consumer products, defense, entertainment, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, security, and technology clients through their most critical business disputes. Additionally, Mike has experience conducting internal investigations and guiding companies through government enforcement actions and other major corporate events.
Mike maintains an active pro bono practice, which focuses primarily on animal rights issues.
