Overview
Mark DeLuca has over 20 years of experience working as a patent agent on chemical and mechanical patents. He has experience in small molecule therapeutics, antibody-drug conjugates, materials science, and mechanical devices associated with chemical processes. Mark prepares, files and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications and conducts IP due diligence, including freedom-to-operate, patentability, infringement and validity analyses. He also supports litigation teams by assisting attorneys at depositions and drafting pleadings.
