Overview
Kaushi Muthukuda is the Director of Attorney Professional Development, leading talent and leadership development for the firm’s lawyers. She oversees the team responsible for learning programs, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations, supporting attorneys from integration through partnership and beyond.
A certified executive coach, Kaushi works with firm and practice leaders to identify opportunities to strengthen attorney performance and foster professional growth. Her work includes leadership coaching for experienced attorneys and programs that prepare new partners for the business and management responsibilities of partnership. Her background in business development and practice management also informs her approach to attorney development.
Kaushi has presented at the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) Annual Education Conference on lateral attorney integration.
