Overview
Joel is the firm’s chief information officer (CIO) with more than 25 years of experience leading information technology initiatives across professional services and consumer-focused organizations ranging from approximately 2,000 to more than 50,000 employees. Throughout his career, he has aligned technology with business objectives to improve service delivery, strengthen security, enhance operational efficiency, and support growth.
He has experience leading internal technology organizations, cloud environments, and support operations, including outsourced and offshore programs. Joel has led global procurement and vendor management initiatives and participated on executive leadership teams responsible for enterprise technology roadmaps and service delivery.
