Jill joined Honigman in 2012 and previously served as Litigation Division Operating Officer for four years. In her role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Jill is responsible for ensuring the HR function aligns with the strategic direction and culture of the firm in accomplishing HR and organizational goals. Areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, learning and development, total rewards and related legal, regulatory compliance and risk management activities.
