Overview

Jewel Haji Boelstler is an attorney in the litigation department who concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters and white collar investigations. She has experience conducting internal investigations and litigating contract disputes, shareholder matters, disputes involving fraud, and disputes arising out of private equity transactions. She has experience in state and federal courts in Michigan and throughout the country, including in Delaware, New York, Florida, Texas, and Illinois.

Jewel represents a variety of companies in a broad range of industries, including automotive suppliers, strategic and financial advisory firms, and security services. Her practice also includes drafting significant motions, interviewing witnesses, and managing complex electronic discovery projects. In addition to her client work, Jewel serves on the firm’s Attorney Development Committee and Diversity & Inclusion Workgroup.
