Overview
Gabriella is an associate and a member of the Business Immigration Practice Group in Honigman’s Detroit office. She focuses her practice in the area of employment-based immigration and assists the firm’s clients, both domestic and multinational, with employment-based immigration matters. She assists companies in a diverse range of industries, including automotive, engineering, agrochemical, financial services, academic, and information technology, in obtaining authorization for employees to work temporarily and permanently in the United States.
Specifically, Gabriella handles immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) and nonimmigrant (B-1, H, L, E, O, and TN) visa petitions and applications; assists with the PERM labor certification process; and provides guidance on I-9 and E-Verify matters.
Gabriella also drafts the weekly Business Immigration in a Minute newsletter, which provides critical, easy-to-read insights on the latest business immigration issues.
