As Honigman’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dwight Floyd is responsible for overseeing the business, financial, and administrative operations of the firm.
In addition to his experience as a biologist, Dwight draws on more than 25 years of legal experience as a litigator and transformational leader to bring a deliberate, data-driven approach to complex problems. His multidisciplinary perspective fosters operational excellence, enhances business performance, and creates long-term value across the firm and for its clients.
Prior to joining Honigman, Dwight was the COO of Eversheds Sutherland (US) where he successfully led complex initiatives, implemented strategic change, and built high-performing teams.
