- Won summary judgment for national public company in a real estate dispute resulting in final judgment and no appeal*
- One of only a few practitioners to successfully establish federal question subject-matter jurisdiction for a motion to vacate an arbitral award after the Supreme Court’s Badgerow opinion*
- Successfully appealed bankruptcy court’s dismissal of tort claims, reinstating claims seeking over $100m in damages against multiple foreign defendants*
- Achieved dismissal with prejudice at the pleading stage of action brought against largest chemical producer in the world*
- Obtained judgment on the pleadings resulting in dismissal of all claims against one of the largest telecommunications providers in the US*
- Obtained a TRO against the competitor of a leading agricultural-product manufacturer, enjoining the competitor from marketing, selling, or delivering any product developed with my client’s confidential information*
- Obtained a TRO against a competitor on behalf of a leading environmental services company*
- Obtained dismissal with prejudice at the pleading stage of all claims asserted against the president of a professional sports team*
